Scotch Eggs are a very English snack, consisting of a boiled egg, covered in pork sausage, then rolled in bread crumbs and cooked to a golden brown.

I love fried food, especially if it is disguised as a health snack, like these Yummy Apple Fries, coated with cinnamon and sugar, and served with a sweet cream cheese dip.
