- 1/2 cup, packed dark brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup Captain Morgan rum
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon honey

Mix all ingredients in medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Simmer on low for about 20 to 30 minutes, covered. Allow to cool completely before storing in an air tight container. Use within 3 to 5 days.
