Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Pour over pork or chicken in a shallow dish. Allow to sit for 4 to 12 hours, in the refrigerator. Cook meat according to your favorite recipe.
Chef's Notes
You can use a Ziploc plastic bag instead of a shallow dish.
You can also place the marinade and meat in a freezer safe bag, and freeze.
