How To7 Steps
Pizza Dough Step 1
In small bowl add a small amount of warm water to 1 tablespoon yeast. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Pizza Dough Step 2
In large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and salt. Once yeast is active, mix into the flour mixture, adding a little bit of water at a time, until moistened and dough begins to pull apart from sides of bowl. Knead dough until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Coat in oil. Cover dough with a cloth and allow to sit for 30 minutes to an hour, or until doubled in size.
Pizza Dough Step 3
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly sprinkle pizza pan with a small amount of flour, or course corn meal. Roll out pizza dough to fit pizza pan. Bake for 5 minutes.
Toppings Step 1
In small bowl, mix together ripened avocado, cream cheese, and lemon juice, add any seasonings you wish to taste. Mix until smooth. Set aside.
Toppings Step 2
In large skillet brown ground beef, drain off grease, return to skillet. Add salsa, chili powder, and ground cumin, mix well. May add a small amount of water to thin out mixture, this helps coat beef evenly.
Toppings Step 3
Spread refried beans evenly onto pizza crust. Spread an even layer of guacamole on top of beans, top with beef, add cheeses. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Toppings Step 4
Top pizza with lettuce, tomato, black olives, and any other yummy toppings you desire. Serve hot.
