Ingredients
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- paprika

Step 1
Place eggs into large sauce pan and cover with cold water. Add a teaspoon of salt. Bring eggs to a boil, turn off heat and cover with a lid for 12 to 15 minutes.
Step 2
Run cold water on eggs and allow to sit in cold water until able to handle. Gently peel off eggshells.
Step 3
Cut each egg in half long ways. Gently ‘pop’ out the yolk into a bowl. place egg white onto a serving tray and set aside.
Step 4
With a fork mash egg yolks, add mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
Step 5
Spoon mixture into a piping bag, pipe into each egg white.
Step 6
Sprinkle paprika on top.
