- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Add a small amount of butter, or oil to each cup of a muffin pan.
Step 2
In medium bowl, mix together flour, salt, milk, and eggs. Place muffin pan in oven and allow butter to get very hot, without burning.
Step 3
Quickly pour batter into each cup. It should start \\\'cooking\\\' in the hot butter. Bake for 25 minutes, until they have risen, and are golden brown.
Serve hot.
