Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- brine
How To4 Steps
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Add 1 tablespoon of oil into shallow baking dish to coat the bottom.

For best results, soak your pork chops for 4 hours in your favorite brine. Gently rinse pork chops in cold water, pat dry. Season each pork chop with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Step 3
In large skillet heat remaining tablespoon of oil. Place each pork chop into hot oil. Brown pork chops, about 3 to 4 minutes for each side.
Step 4
While pork chops are browning, place baking dish with oil into oven to heat up. Once all pork chops are brown, place them into hot baking dish. Cook for 10 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature or 145.
