Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon oregeano

Step 1
Wash, and peel your potatoes. Cut in half, or quarters, depending on the size.
Step 2
Preheat over to 375. Add oil to a large shallow baking dish. Allow oil to get very hot.
Step 3
Place cut potatoes into a large sauce pan, cover with cold water, add a dash of salt, and bring to a boil. Boil gently for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Drain potatoes in a colander, give your potatoes a little shake. Add flour, and shake coating potatoes.
Step 5
Place your flour coated potatoes in the HOT oil in baking dish. Be sure to coat each one in the hot oil. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano, and any of you other favorite spices.
Step 6
Place in oven, cook for 15 minutes before turning. Turn only once, and cook for another 15 minute, or until tender on the inside, and golden brown on the outside. Place onto a plate with a few paper towels to drain off extra oil. Serve hot.
