- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup flour
- garlic powder
- salt
- black pepper
- chili powder

Step 1
In small bowl beat eggs with milk, set aside.
Step 2
In small bowl mix together bread crumbs and 1/4 cup flour, set aside.
Step 3
Add remaining flour to separate bowl.
Step 4
Line bowls up, first flour, then egg, then bread crumbs, and have a clean plate ready at the end.
Step 5
Coat chicken breasts with flour, then dredge in egg, then coat in bread crumbs. Once all pieces have been coated, dredge once again in egg, then in bread crumbs.
Step 6
Heat oil in shallow frying pan. Once oil is hot, carefully place each piece of chicken in pan. Sprinkle each piece with spices to taste.
Step 7
Brown each side, then turn heat down to low, and cover. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Place each piece onto a plate with paper towel to soak up extra oil. Serve hot.
