Cranberry chipotle sauce paired with turkey and provolone cheese. A wonderful party dish for the holidays.

1 loaf french bread
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 diced chipotle chilies
2 cups cooked shredded turkey
1/2 cup diced red onion
12 provolone cheese slices
Preheat oven to broil. Line baking sheet with foil. Slice French bread lengthwise.
Mix cranberry sauce, mayonnaise, and chipotle chilies. Spread onto both slices of bread.
Top bread with shredded turkey, red onion, and provolone cheese.
Grill until cheese is melted and slightly browning. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
