2 tablespoons active yeast
2 pinches sugar
1 1/2 cups very warm water
3 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
to taste pizza sauce
to taste cheese and toppings
In small bowl add 1/4 cup of warm water to yeast, set aside for 10 minutes.
In large bowl, add flour, salt, and sugar. Add yeast mixture, mixing with hands. Slowly add remaining water until dough is smooth.
Work dough into a ball, coat with oil. Cover and let rise 30-60 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Divide dough into two balls, roll out to fit pizza pans.
Place crust on greased pan. Bake for 5 minutes.
Add sauce, cheese, and toppings. Bake 12 minutes until cheese melts and crust is golden.
Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
