A quick and simple cheese sauce.

1 mug cheese, finely grated
1 tablespoon plain flour
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 teaspoon butter
1 mug milk
Combine cheese, flour, salt, and pepper in a pan.
Add milk and butter, heat on medium while stirring continuously until boiling.
Sauce thickens quickly; serve when thickened to desired consistency.
