A fusion combining taco flavors with pizza crust, featuring seasoned ground beef, refried beans, and classic taco toppings.

1 tablespoon dry active yeast
1 pinch sugar
3/4 cup warm water
1 3/4 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons salsa
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 cup refried beans
1 avocado
1 tablespoon softened cream cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 diced tomato
1/2 cup chopped lettuce
1/2 cup sliced black olives
Add warm water to yeast and let sit 10 minutes.
Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Combine with yeast. Knead until smooth. Let rise 30-60 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll out dough and bake 5 minutes.
Blend avocado, cream cheese, and lemon juice for guacamole.
Brown beef, drain, add salsa, chili powder, and cumin.
Layer refried beans, guacamole, beef, and cheeses on crust. Bake until cheese melts.
Top with lettuce, tomato, and olives. Serve hot.
