A traditional English snack featuring a boiled egg encased in pork sausage, coated with breadcrumbs, and baked.

1/2 pound ground pork sausage
8 eggs
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 1/2 teaspoons ground sage
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Boil 6 eggs for 10 minutes, cool and peel.
Mix sausage with garlic powder, oregano, sage, salt, and pepper.
Combine breadcrumbs with remaining herbs.
Beat remaining 2 eggs for egg wash.
Flatten sausage and wrap around each boiled egg.
Dip in egg wash, coat with breadcrumbs, place in oiled muffin cup.
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway.
