Perfect for those hot summer days. Great for picnics, BBQs, or just a hot summer night.

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 bacon slices
2 cups uncooked pasta
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup corn, drained
1/2 cup white cheddar cheese, grated
Bake chicken at 350°F for 30 minutes until cooked.
Cook bacon until crispy. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cook pasta, drain, rinse with cold water. Add half the bacon.
Chop chicken into 1-inch pieces. Combine with pasta, ranch dressing, and corn.
Refrigerate for one hour. Top with cheese and remaining bacon before serving.
