Ingredients

1 egg

1 cup flour

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon sugar

2 tablespoons oil

3 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

for cooking butter

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix thoroughly.

Warm a griddle or skillet with a small amount of butter.

Pour batter onto cooking surface; cook until the surface bubbles and edges brown slightly. Flip carefully and brown the reverse side. Serve immediately.
