Crispy crunchy fried chicken in the oven, uses less grease, so it's healthier, but still tastes just as good.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 375°F. Add oil to 13x9 glass baking dish.
Beat eggs. Prepare flour and bread crumbs mixed with melted butter and seasonings.
Coat chicken in flour, dip in egg, coat in bread crumbs.
Heat baking dish until oil is hot. Bake chicken 30 minutes, turning once halfway through.
