Juicy and tender pork chops that will melt in your mouth.

4 pork chops
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons oil
Preheat oven to 350°F. Add 1 tablespoon of oil into shallow baking dish.
Soak pork chops for 4 hours in brine. Rinse in cold water and pat dry. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat remaining oil in large skillet. Brown pork chops about 3-4 minutes per side.
Place browned chops into preheated baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
