Baked potato topped with bacon and cheese.

4 cooked bacon slices
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
4 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup diced green onion
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with foil.
Cook bacon until done. Chop into 1/2 inch pieces. Set aside.
Wash potatoes, stab holes with a knife. Wrap in paper towel. Microwave, turning once, until fully cooked, about 10 minutes.
Cool potatoes, slice in half lengthwise. Scoop out centers into a bowl.
Add butter, bacon bits, 1/2 cup cheese, and green onion. Mix well.
Spoon mixture back into shells. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake until cheese melts and browns, about 10-15 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
