A simple marinade ideal for pork or chicken that yields tender, juicy results.

1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon vegetable broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground sage
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients, pour over meat, refrigerate 4-12 hours, then cook using preferred method.
