Cheese-stuffed meatballs ideal as a main course with pasta or as a party appetizer.

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs
1 ounce mozzarella cheese, cubed
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, and seasonings until mixture pulls away from bowl sides.
Flatten small amount in palm, place cheese cube in center, press mixture around cheese and form ball.
Place in greased baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
