A quick meal combining ground beef, mushrooms, and onions in a savory gravy served over pasta.

1 pound ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 cups pasta
2 cups beef gravy
3 tablespoons sour cream
Brown ground beef, drain excess grease, transfer to a saucepan with beef gravy.
Cook onions until translucent, add to beef. Cook mushrooms until tender, add to sauce and simmer.
Cook pasta, drain, combine with beef mixture. Stir in sour cream and serve hot.
