6 pounds fully cooked bone-in ham
1 cup packed brown sugar
8 ounces pineapple slices
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Place ham into roasting pan, insert meat thermometer into thickest part.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour 30 minutes until ham reaches 135-140°F.
Make glaze by mixing brown sugar, cornstarch, and salt in saucepan, then stir in pineapple juice, mustard and lemon juice.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
Cover ham with pineapple slices, securing with toothpicks.
Pour glaze over ham 45 minutes before finished, then bake until proper temperature.
Remove from oven and rest 10-15 minutes before carving.
