Crispy, crunchy fried chicken. This recipe uses boneless chicken breast, but works great for all types of chicken. Shallow fry on the stove, or deep fry in your fryer.

Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 cup flour

to taste garlic powder

to taste salt

to taste black pepper

to taste chili powder

Beat eggs with milk in small bowl; set aside.

Mix bread crumbs and 1/4 cup flour in small bowl; set aside.

Place remaining flour in separate bowl.

Arrange bowls in order: flour, egg mixture, bread crumbs; prepare clean plate.

Coat chicken in flour, dip in egg, coat in bread crumbs; repeat egg and bread crumb steps.

Heat oil in shallow pan; fry chicken, seasoning each piece with spices.

Brown both sides, reduce heat to low, cover, and cook 20-30 minutes until fully cooked; drain on paper towels.
