6 pork sausages
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Add oil to 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Add sausages and roll to coat in oil. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until all sides are brown.
While sausages are baking, mix flour, milk, and eggs in a bowl. Beat well and set aside.
Once sausages are brown, quickly add the batter while oil is still very hot. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
