Layers of pasta, cheese, meat and sauce. Pair with salad and garlic toast for a complete meal.

1 pound ground beef
18 ounces mozzarella cheese, grated
18 ounces ricotta cheese
9 ounces white cheddar cheese, grated
48 ounces spaghetti sauce
16 ounces lasagna noodles
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Brown beef, season, drain, combine with spaghetti sauce; simmer.
Mix half mozzarella, half cheddar, all ricotta, and spices.
Boil noodles until halfway cooked; drain.
Layer meat sauce, noodles, and cheese mixture. Repeat.
Top with remaining cheese. Bake 30 minutes until bubbly. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
