3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup butter, room temp
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 eggs
3 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine sugars; add butter and cream together using an electric mixer.
Add vanilla and eggs; mix together.
Sift flour, baking soda, and salt in separate bowl; slowly add to butter mixture 1/2 cup at a time until stiff dough forms.
Add chocolate chips and nuts with a wooden spoon.
Line cookie sheets with baking parchment. Drop dough using small ice cream scoop.
Bake 10-12 minutes at 350°F. Cool completely on wire racks.
