Crispy breaded chicken topped with tomato sauce and melted mozzarella cheese, served with spaghetti.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon Italian herbs
1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup tomato sauce
Preheat oven to 375°F; add oil to 13x9 glass baking dish.
Pound chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thickness.
Prepare three bowls: beaten eggs, flour, and bread crumbs mixed with butter, Parmesan, and herbs.
Coat each breast in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs.
Heat baking dish in oven. Place breaded chicken in hot dish.
Bake 30 minutes, turning halfway. Top with tomato sauce and mozzarella in final 5-10 minutes.
