Chicken chili with mixed beans.

1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cans butter beans
2 cans Cannellini beans
2 cans mixed Mexican beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 cup hominy
4 cans chicken broth
1 packet chili con carne mix
5 tablespoons cornstarch
2 diced jalapenos
In large crock pot add chicken breasts, chicken broth, all herbs and spices. Cook on medium heat until chicken falls apart.
Using two forks, shred chicken into small chunks.
Add all beans, hominy, and jalapenos. Cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 hours.
In last 30 minutes, mix cornstarch with cold water, slowly add to chili while stirring.
Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream.
