Why have plain pancakes when you can add fresh blueberries? Make those weekend mornings extra special.

1 egg
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons oil
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup blueberries
for griddle butter
Combine flour, milk, egg, oil, baking powder, and sugar until blended. Gently fold in blueberries.
Heat griddle or skillet with butter.
Pour batter onto griddle and cook until bubbly. Flip carefully and brown the other side.
