These blueberry muffins are sure to make your weekend breakfast a treat the family wont forget.

3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup flour (streusel)
1/4 cup packed brown sugar (streusel)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (streusel)
2 tablespoons butter (streusel)
Preheat oven to 400°F; grease or line muffin pan.
Mix milk, egg, and oil; stir in flour, sugar, baking powder, salt until moistened.
Gently fold in blueberries.
Distribute batter into muffin cups.
Combine streusel flour, brown sugar, cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly. Top each cup.
Bake 20-25 minutes until golden; cool 5 minutes before serving.
