A quick, family-friendly meal using leftover roast beef, also known as French dips, served on toasted buns with Au Jus for dipping.

Ingredients

2 pounds fully cooked roast beef

2 cups beef broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

4 sandwich buns

to taste butter

Instructions

Heat beef broth and Worcestershire sauce in a medium saucepan. Optionally thicken with cornstarch mixture. Bring to a boil.

Slice or shred beef into bite-sized pieces and add to broth until heated through.

Lightly butter sandwich buns and toast in oven.

Using a slotted spoon, place beef on toasted buns. Serve broth in a small cup for dipping.
