Bring out the flavor of the Southwest with this BBQ Rub for pork, chicken, or ribs.

2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
1/2 beef stock cube
Mix all ingredients together in small bowl.
Rub generously on meat of your choice, coating all sides.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 24 hours. Cook according to your favorite recipe.
