Ingredients
- 1 pound, cubed Beef
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 6, cubed potato
- 1, diced tomato
- 1, chopped onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 beef stock cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups water

Step 1
In large skillet brown cubed beef, then place into large sauce pan.
Step 2
In skillet cook onion until transparent, add to sauce pan.
Step 3
Peel and chop potatoes, and place in sauce pan. Add your other vegetables, diced tomatoes, spices and herbs, and water. Bring to a boil, allow to simmer for about an hour, until beef is fully cooked, and potatoes are tender. Serve hot.

The nice thing about this recipe is you can add any fresh vegetables you\\\\\\\'d like. Mix it up, add your favorites, you can\\\\\\\'t go wrong.
