Ingredients
- 1 mug, finely grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 mug milk
How To1 Steps
Put cheese into a pan, add flour, salt, pepper and mix well.
Add milk and butter and bring to the boil on a medium heat, stirring continuously.
The sauce should thicken quite quickly, as soon as it does, its ready.
Chef's Notes
I sometimes add a pinch of paprika or ground red chili to the recipe for a little extra flavour
