Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 6 bacon slices
- 2 cups, uncooked pasta
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup, drained corn
- 1/2 cup, grated white cheddar cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Bake chicken in greased baking dish, about 30 minutes, or until fully cooked. Can use already cooked chicken.
Step 2
While chicken is cooking, cook bacon slices in skillet. Cut into bite size pieces, set aside.
Step 3
In large sauce pan, bring water to a boil, and cook pasta. Drain and rinse with cold water. Put in large bowl, Add half the bacon pieces.
Step 4
Once chicken is fully cooked, chop into bite size pieces, about 1 inch squared. Add to pasta, along with ranch dressing, and the corn, mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Place in fridge for about an hour.
Step 6
When ready to serve, top with grated cheese, and the rest of the bacon.
Chef's Notes
I used white cheddar cheese, but you can you your favorite cheese.
Peas can be substituted for the corn.
