- 6 pork sausages
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Step 2
Add oil to 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Add sausages and roll to coat in oil. Bake in oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until all sides are brown.

While sausages are baking, in a medium mixing bowl add together, flour, milk, and eggs, beat well, and set aside.
Step 4
Once sausages are brown, quickly add the batter, pouring all around, while oil is still very hot. Batter will begin to cook as you pour. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until batter is golden brown all around, and crispy on the edges. Serve hot.
