Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 18 ounces, grated mozzarella cheese
- 18 ounces ricotta cheese
- 9 ounces, grated white cheddar cheese
- 48 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 16 ounces lasagna noodles
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Brown your beef, season to taste, breaking up as you cook. Drain, add to large sauce pan, and add spaghetti sauce, mix well. Simmer on medium low heat.
Step 3
In large bowl, mix together half your mozzarella cheese, half your cheddar, and all of the ricotta cheese. Add all your spices, and mix well.
Step 4
Bring a large pan of water to boil, and cook noodles until halfway done, do not over cook, they will finish cooking in the oven. Drain noodles, set aside.
Step 5
Add 1 to 2 large spoon fulls of meat and sauce to a large baking dish, spread around bottom evenly. Add a layer of noodles, cover noodles with meat and sauce, spread cheese mixture over sauce, and repeat layers.
Step 6
In small bowl add your remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese, and mix well.
Step 7
Once you are at the top layer, should be noodles and meat with sauce, top with mozzarella/cheddar mixture.
Step 8
Bake in oven for about 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted, and sauce is bubbling up the sides. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
