- 4 ounces, softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup, grated white cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons, finely chopped green onion
- 10 jalapeno peppers
- 6 bacon slices

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Line baking sheet with foil, or parchment paper.
Step 2
Soak toothpicks in warm water. This helps to prevent them from burning.
Step 3
In small bowl mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onion. Set aside.
Step 4
Wash each pepper, slice in half lengthwise, and remove all seeds, and white flesh. Set peppers aside.
Step 5
Cut each strip of bacon into thirds. Set aside
Step 6
Carefully spoon a small amount of cheese mixture into each pepper half. Wrap with bacon slice, and secure with soaked toothpick. Place each pepper onto baking sheet.
Step 7
Bake for 25 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.
