So I made this tonight. I have to say this is THE BEST meatloaf recipe I've ever made. It was quick and tasty, easy to follow and I will DEFINITELY be making it again! I will say that I baked it for about 15mins longer than suggested and before I put the sauce on top I broiled it on HIGH for about 10mins, but that is purely because my husband and I like our "edges to be crispy". I've been looking for a meatloaf recipe that works for me since I moved to USA and I must say that THIS IS THE ONE!
